Rental items remain the property of JJ Healthcare Products and are provided in clean, safe, and working condition.
Rented items must be returned in the same condition (excluding normal wear and tear).
Purchased items become the property of the buyer upon full payment.
Full payment is due in advance for all rentals and purchases.
We accept credit/debit cards, cash, and other approved payment methods.
A valid government-issued ID may be required for rentals.
Rental begins on the agreed delivery/pickup date and ends on the scheduled return date.
Late returns will incur daily charges until the item is returned.
Extensions must be arranged before the end of the rental period.
Delivery and pickup are available in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). Additional fees may apply for out-of-area services.
You will be provided a delivery/pickup time window, confirmed by phone.
Rental cancellations are not permitted after confirmation. If an exception is made, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
Purchases are final sale unless the item is defective upon delivery. Return or exchange of unopened products may be accepted within 7 days, subject to a restocking fee.
No refunds on used medical equipment due to hygiene and safety regulations.
Renter/purchaser assumes full responsibility for the safe and appropriate use of any equipment.
Equipment must not be used while under the influence or in a reckless or unsafe manner.
Any accidents, malfunctions, or damage must be reported immediately to JJ Healthcare Products.
Renter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless JJ Healthcare Products and its staff from all liabilities arising from misuse or unauthorized alterations.
The renter is responsible for any loss, damage, theft, or misuse of the rental equipment.
Repair or replacement costs will be determined by JJ Healthcare Products.
JJ Healthcare Products reserves the right to terminate the agreement and retrieve equipment without notice if:
Payment is not received.
Terms are violated.
