1065 hospital bed offers both Trendelenburg and Reverse Trendelenburg positions, each adjustable up to 12 degrees. 

Trendelenburg Position:

In this position, the bed inclines so that the patient's head is lower than their feet. This orientation can be beneficial in certain medical situations, such as improving venous return or during specific surgical procedures.

Reverse Trendelenburg Position:

Here, the bed tilts to position the patient's head higher than their feet. This setup is often used to enhance respiratory function, reduce intracranial pressure, or assist in various surgical interventions.
