The new-and-improved GenuTrain provides secure support for mild instability and relieves knee pain and swelling.
With a new Omega+ pad, the support provides targeted stimulation to sensitive areas of the knee that influence pain perception and mobility. Its anatomically-contoured knitted fabric with a soft textured surface provides a gentle massage and activates the body’s proprioceptors to keeps the support in place. Embedded stays with flexible bending zones and donning and doffing aids ensure a secure fit and make the support easy to put on and take off. GenuTrain is soft, breathable and moisture-wicking, especially in the sensitive area in the back of the knee, for all-day wearing comfort.

HIGHLY EFFECTIVE FOR HEALTHY KNEES
After an acute injury or surgery, chronic abnormalities, osteoarthritis or instability in the knee: the GenuTrain relieves pain and promotes movement through intermittent compression massage. This puts you on the right track towards natural movement.
The ring-shaped Omega+ Pad functional cushion securely holds the kneecap in place and reduces edema and swelling. Integrated massage points with specially flexible silicone nubs target particularly painful areas. Two flexible plastic stays on the side ensure that the GenuTrain always fits perfectly. At the top and bottom, integrated grips make it easier to put on and take off the support.
FIT AGAIN FASTER
Your body needs to learn how to move naturally again as quickly as possible and avoid incorrect postures adopted to help relieve pain. The Train knit fabric repeatedly stimulates the skin, which promotes movement perception, activates the muscles and stabilizes the joint.
Two massage points called meniscus wings on the sides of the knee provide a targeted pain-relieving effect around the joint space and the menisci. Two additional massage points, the Hoffa spots, stimulate the infrapatellar fat pad with controlled pressure. This has a significant metabolic function and promotes the self-healing process in the knee.

Care Instructions
All Train active supports can be washed separately in the washing machine at 30 ° C with liquid detergent. Please note the following information:
- In the case of products with Velcro straps, these should be removed if possible or firmly attached to the designated place.
- If possible, pads or splints should also be removed before washing.
It is recommended to use a laundry net (spin cycle: maximum 500 revolutions per minute). Dry your Train active support in the air and not in the dryer, otherwise the knitted fabric may be impaired.
Please wash your Train active support regularly so that the compression of the knitted fabric is retained.

Please return your items in the appropriate box (we suggest re-using the box that we shipped the items to you). If you want to get a refund for an item, you must send it back to Canada Post before the last day of the return period. We know it’s hard to keep everything in perfect condition, but we ask that you do your best not to break any packaging or open any products. To get a full refund, make sure you send back all the original packaging and instructions with your return. A restocking fee will be charged if the items are returned without the original packaging and instructions or if they were not shipped in a second, more durable box.
We have the right to check with your insurance company before processing your refund to prevent insurance fraud. A 25 per cent restocking fee will be added to things sent out if someone is abusing our return and refund policies. This will put your order on hold.

FAST: 3 to 7 business day delivery for only $8.99, and FASTEST: 1 to 3 business day shipping for only $15.99 are flat-rate express options that charge the same amount for each. If we can’t get your item to you when we said we would, we will refund your shipping costs. Also, if you order $150 or more, we’ll send your order for free in 7 to 9 business days.
For purchases made before 2:00 p.m. EST on Monday through Friday, same-day shipping is available. After 2:00 EST, an order is considered as the next day’s order. On the first day of every week, a business day does not count of you order. Depending on the products you order, and the area where you live, we may be able to get the product to you sooner than the stated delivery time. An email will be sent to you every time your order status changes:
