In cases of lumbar vertebral syndrome or severe muscular weakness of the spine, LumboLoc Forte/XT acts as a fixed support on the lumbar spine. Integral corset stays at the back support an anatomically correct posture. In addition, two different pressure cushions (pads) in the orthosis can be used to massage either the lumbar region or sacrum.

YOUR PERSONAL BACK MASSEUR

LumboLoc Forte/XT incorporates anatomically contoured corset stays made of aluminum which provide effective support for the painful area of the lumbar spine. The corset stays can be individually shaped for a perfect fit. An adjustable function belt at the front exerts a variable degree of compression on the abdomen and thus relieves the lumbar spine. Adjusting this belt also increases or reduces the massage effect of the pad at the back of the stabilizing orthosis. Depending upon which pad is used, either the lumbar region or sacrum is massaged, allowing tension to be released and pain to abate.

Care Instructions

We recommend washing LumboLoc Forte/XT separately by hand with a mild detergent at 30 ° C

In order to maintain the functionality of the Velcro fasteners for a long time and to avoid damage, we recommend closing the Velcro fasteners before washing.

The knitted fabric and belt should be separated from each other for cleaning.

Remove the pad for cleaning. The pad can be cleaned with a damp sponge.

    Please return your items in the appropriate box (we suggest re-using the box that we shipped the items to you). If you want to get a refund for an item, you must send it back to Canada Post before the last day of the return period. We know it’s hard to keep everything in perfect condition, but we ask that you do your best not to break any packaging or open any products. To get a full refund, make sure you send back all the original packaging and instructions with your return. A restocking fee will be charged if the items are returned without the original packaging and instructions or if they were not shipped in a second, more durable box.

    We have the right to check with your insurance company before processing your refund to prevent insurance fraud. A 25 per cent restocking fee will be added to things sent out if someone is abusing our return and refund policies. This will put your order on hold.

    The Speed of the Delivery

    FAST: 3 to 7 business day delivery for only $8.99, and FASTEST: 1 to 3 business day shipping for only $15.99 are flat-rate express options that charge the same amount for each. If we can’t get your item to you when we said we would, we will refund your shipping costs. Also, if you order $150 or more, we’ll send your order for free in 7 to 9 business days. 

    For purchases made before 2:00 p.m. EST on Monday through Friday, same-day shipping is available. After 2:00 EST, an order is considered as the next day’s order. On the first day of every week, a business day does not count of you order. Depending on the products you order, and the area where you live, we may be able to get the product to you sooner than the stated delivery time. An email will be sent to you every time your order status changes:

    2. COMPLETE – The item has shipped and tracking information has been emailed to you.

    If we are not able to find your location, we may call you or email you. If you live in a faraway place, the courier may not be able to get to you in time.    This could delay the arrival of your package. If you want to return something, we don’t pay for the shipping costs.
