How to Wear the Lumbamed Plus:

1️⃣ Attach the massage pad to the central grey Velcro area between the two stays, ensuring the lower end rests just above the buttocks fold.
2️⃣ Slip the left hand into the internal wrist strap of the left fastener.
3️⃣ Wrap the support around the body and slip the right hand into the external hand strap of the right fastener.
4️⃣ Pull both sides together evenly and secure them with the Velcro pads.
5️⃣ Ensure the lower edge of the support sits just above the groin for a perfect fit.
