How to Apply the Brace:

1. Loosen the fastening straps before putting on the brace for an easy fit.
2. Attach the massage pads to the grey Velcro inside the brace.
   • If no specific instructions were given, place the pads with the narrow end pointing downward.
3. Slip your hand into the left-hand strap and wrap the brace around your pelvis.
4. Fasten the brace centrally with the bottom edge just above the pubic area.
5. Pull the fastening straps forward simultaneously to adjust the tightness based on comfort and pain level.
6. Check the fit by lifting your thigh slightly – the bottom of the fastening strap should align with your groin.
7. For lighter support, remove the inner elastic knit fabric and wear just the outer component.
