The medi Classic is a knee immobilization brace designed for post-operative and pre-operative knee support, as well as patella dislocation recovery. It provides secure stabilization at 0° or 20°, ensuring optimal healing while maintaining comfort.

The brace is adjustable, skin-friendly, and features removable stabilization rods, allowing for a customized fit and effective knee support.

Contraindications:

  • Deep vein thrombosis (DVT) of the leg and thigh

Instructions for Use:

1️⃣ Open all straps and place the brace under the leg.
2️⃣ Adjust the side parts by opening the Velcro and securing at the desired length.
3️⃣ Mold the medial and lateral rods if necessary.
4️⃣ Wrap the brace around the leg, keeping the kneecap uncovered.
5️⃣ Fasten the thigh straps first, then the calf straps.
6️⃣ Tighten the Velcro fastener above the knee for a secure fit.

Important Safety Notice:

  • Mild calf pain may occur within the first few hours. If it does not subside within 24 hours, consult a doctor.
  • Contact a doctor immediately if you experience sudden pain, swelling, loss of sensation, coldness in the foot, or blue discoloration of the toes.
  • While waiting for medical attention, loosen the Velcro fasteners and keep the leg completely still.
