How to Apply the Brace:

1. Open the straps & hook-and-loop fasteners.
2. Bend your leg at approx. 70° and slide the brace onto the affected leg.
3. Align the kneecap with the center of the opening & position the brace correctly.
4. Close the upper hook-and-loop fastener to secure the brace.
5. Adjust & fasten the lower strap through the slot on the joint.
6. Set & secure the upper strap for a snug fit.
7. Take a few steps to ensure proper positioning & comfort.

How to Remove the Brace:

1. Unfasten both straps & stick them back onto the brace to prevent snagging.
2. Open the hook-and-loop fastener & slide the brace downward to remove.
3. Close the fastener to prevent damage when not in use.
