How to Wear the Spinomed:

1️⃣ Wear the Spinomed over clothing for optimal comfort.
2️⃣ Stand in front of a mirror to ensure proper alignment.
3️⃣ Undo the large Velcro fastening at the front.
4️⃣ Put on the brace like a backpack, ensuring the lighter side faces your back.
5️⃣ Pass your right hand through the right-hand closing loop, then hold the left-hand closing side and secure the abdominal Velcro strap.
6️⃣ Check the fit in the mirror:

• The brace should closely align with the spine.
• The bottom edge should rest at the buttock cleft.
• Straps should lay flat without twisting.
• Shoulder pads should not press into the underarm.
• Side buckles should not create pressure points.
