How to Apply the Brace:

1. Open the straps & pull them back to avoid interference during application.
2. Bend your leg to approximately 45° and slide the brace onto the leg.
3. Ensure the kneecap is centered in the patella opening.
4. Align the hinges so that they sit at the upper border of the kneecap.
5. Tighten the calf strap first, then secure the thigh strap.
6. Walk a few steps to confirm proper positioning and adjust as needed.

How to Remove the Brace:

1. Grip the lower end of the brace and pull it downward off the leg.
2. Loosen all straps before removing the brace.
